 Made a tremendous differenceFeb 28, 2010
Purchased this product for my wife who has problems being "regular" whenever we travel. Took an 8 day bus tour to Mexico's Copper Canyon. Usually she'd start to have discomfort after the second day. This time, she had no problems throughout the trip. First time in 35 years of marriage that she was comfortable during our travels. Other products produced their own problems, sometimes creating worse conditions, going the other way. This worked and it was convenient since it needs no refrigeration.

I noticed a significant difference in my digestive system within just 24 hours of using AccuFlora. Before using this product, I had bouts of diarrhea/constipation, and frequent severe gas pain. Now, I don't have any issues with irritable bowel. I can now eat dairy, salad, and even Chinese without having to worry about having cramps and diarrhea afterward. I am constantly amazed! I also have very little gas, and no gas pains.

I bought these to replace the Garden of Life product. Not sure what I was thinking. These were sub par in comparison. They may work for some people, but I didn't find them to be an adequate replacement for GOL product. There is a distinct difference in ingredients etc that you cannot ignore when purchasing these probiotics.

I do believe probiotic supplements are a must. This keeps your system flowing and helps with bloating after eating certain foods. It is great for people that suffer from irritable bowel syndrome. So great for the immune system. I think everyone should take some type of probiotic. Works for me

I have a history of chronic constipation of which irritating chemical laxatives and stool softeners had been prescribed, i eventually began to build a tolerance to them and everything else out there. Finally started on these and there is no looking back! Highly recommend at least giving a try for a few days
