Gives more energy without jitters.Jun 15, 2009
I've been taking it for 5 days now, and have not noticed any jitters or nervousness, etc. I do notice I have a lot more energy and I am only taking 1 pill at 6 a.m. and 1 pill at 1 p.m. I'm only 125 pounds, so I wasn't sure how taking the 2 pills at once would affect me.
I haven't noticed any weight loss, but I have remained steady at 125. My appetite has definitely been curbed, but it does say to eat a full meal with the pills and I really haven't been doing that and it's still been okay. The only thing is that I'm very thirsty all the time and normally I'm not a water drinker which is a bad habit, but this pill has been forcing me to drink a lot of water which should be good for me. Hopefully this will work okay.
I tried Slimquick Extreme by GNC, but after about a month or 2 on that, there wasn't any difference in weight from when I started, then I started to get an upset stomach every time I took it.

my friend told this worked well, so i bought one from walmart like 2 months ago.
so far, i didn't lose any weight, when i ate a lot, i gained wight as usual.
i didn't have any side effect which means this product is fairly safe. but not recommended.

This was recommended to me by a friend as a energy supplement. It is probably the worst thing I've ever taken. I drink over a gallon of water a day & yet I still managed to get severely dehydrated while taking this. I only took it once a day & it did absolutely nothing for me all the way around. I actually think it may have contributed to my massive 8lb gain this month!

I need energy at work, this gives it to me without the gitters of most "fat burners". Dont look for crazy weight loss, or any at all. Its a fairly tame product but it gives me the pick me up of coffee, however with a pill. I dont drink soda, or coffee so this works great. Super cheap as well.

This didn't work as well as I had hoped. I take two in the morning and one with lunch. It seems like it supresses my apitite until dinner and then I feel very hungry.
I don't have any side effects, doesn't seem to bother me as far as being jittery or anything like that. I think if you ar on a budget these are worth a try, but if you have a few extra bucks to spend shop around.
