Works for me!Jul 01, 2009
By Linda I have IBS and have been a fan of Gas-X for many years. It works as advertised and is more helpful to me than any other similar product I've tried, and I've tried them all.
The chewable kind seem to work faster (for me) and are good to carry in a pocket or purse when you leave home and won't necessarily have access to water when you need it, but the softgels are very small and easy to swallow even without water.
Finding them on Amazon for a price less than the local grocery or drug store was a nice surprise since I'm never without them.

I get very bloated if I eat anything with Soy in it and I am also Lactose sensitive. I have to take Gas X before I eat anything it saves me from issues of painful bloating & smelly gas. I have been seen by a Gastroentrologest and he told me that taking the medication before I get full of gas is better than taking it after the gas has started to form; it is harder for me to get relief if I take Gas X after I eat. This is by far the best product on the market..I couldn't eat if it wasn't for this product! Hope this review helps! :o)

... that this won't magically get rid of gas. Though, it will help you pass it faster (you'll still have to find somewhere good to "let it go").
