I was having serious stomach troubles in past few months. I'm assuming stress and a poor diet were the reasons why. My stomach was so bloated I looked pregnant. After a negative pregnancy test and much mental relief, my stomach pain was so bad that my husband suggested a cleanse. I picked this one because I had seen a lot of articles about it online, and I like familiarity in my life (sucker for advertisements). I felt better and had a bowel movement within hours of taking the first 2 pills. In the morning, I looked bloated, which was a far improvement from pregnant. My husband laughed that I'd be "blowing it up (meaning the toilet)" for weeks. That didn't happen. My bowel movements were very reasonable, and actually looked the healthiest they ever have. The bloating was gone within days, and my stomach felt (and still feels) better. I did end up losing a few pounds too which was a bonus. I don't really need to lose weight, but I am a woman, so I'm not complaining. But, I'm also not silly enough to think that a cleanse is some miracle weight loss secret. The weight loss comes from all the crap (literally) that comes out of you. It's not going to make your thighs thinner or your stomach flatter, it cleanses out your system...the only thing it advertises, and the only reason I got it. I wish I could say I finished the cleanse looking like Angelina Jolie from the neck down (or neck up), but I finished it looking like myself but feeling so much better. I say try this if you want to feel better, and try going to the gym if you want to tone your legs!

I just finished the full system, and was pretty amazed at what came out of me! I really was skeptical that anything would come out of me that I heard about (all that compacted waste and such) but by the second week I started passing quite a bit of the stuff. On the tenth day I became suddenly ill (a cleansing reaction), and when I recovered shortly after I felt better than I have felt in a very long time. Fruits and vegetables suddenly have a much more intense, satisfying taste, and I have found myself enjoying raw tomatoes for the first time in my life. I believe this was a very important first step in separating myself mentally from my emotional attachment to refined foods. I trule believe that cleaning up my eating habits and cleansing with Coltox at the same time really helped.

I tried the Coltox for 60 days and saw a noticeable change in my body udring that process. I purchased two kits so I can last the full 60 days. The Phase 2 bottle actually lasted 10 days longer than expected so I was able to purify my body for over 60 days! My bowel movements increased to 3 per day by the 2nd week I was on it. It was hard to tell what type of internal cleansing was done since you cant actually see anything going on but I honestly felt like my energy levels increased over the 60 days. I normally got sluggish around mid-day but when I was taking this product I found myself not felling that way. I was not sold on these over-the counter colon cleansers but I'm glad I tried Coltox.

I've used a few kits of this and I think it works just fine. Usually, I go through a cleaning between Thanksgiving and New Year's to keep all that holiday goodness moving on down the line, so to speak. I've only gone through the recommended "cleanse" once or twice but and it seems to work pretty good there as well. My only complaint would be the large number of pills you have to take for an effective dose (I'm up to 6-8!) but it seems to work on deflating the pooch around my gut so that makes up for it. I can feel clean inside and that sensation of bloatedness goes away after the first week. Happy for that. In any event, I will definitely use it again and would recommend it to others. As far as the comments on it just giving you the runs...read the label! It says right on there that your stool will be loose and explains why. But as Im sure anyone knows that a good colon cleanse/ detox increases your BMs and loosens your stool since your are cleaning out the insides.
