I have to have blood tests taken every 3-4 months, and the first test taken recently since starting Centrum Cardio gave me results of a 10 point drop in total cholesterol and an 8 point drop in LDL (the bad cholesterol). I am quite happy about that, and so I will keep taking it to see if I get better results every several months. So far, it is doing what it says it will do.

Yeah ok so it might lower your Cholesterol, it might make you live longer... heck it might make you win the lottery... but let's talk about the nitty gritty.
The is the only vitamin I've ever taken where you didn't taste them all day. My wife is especially prone to this and has hated each and every vitamin she's ever been on. I took it for a week and really did not notice the lack of the 'vitamin-burpies' until she asked me. She tried them and even taking them twice per day as recommended she has no issues.
I can't make guarantees about your tummy but if this is an issue for you, ya might give these a try.

So far, so good. This is helping in reducing cholesterol levels. Works very well. Keeps me off of Lipitor at the moment.

I had a life threatening lung infection a year ago and was put on some antibiotics that really ruined my body internally. Heart palpitations, abdominal pains, migraines, you name it... I was feeling it. Anyhow, my concern was mainly with my heart, because it truly is one of the major organs that you can't have problems with, duh.
But anyway, as mentioned, I had some serious heart palpitations, weakness, fatigue, etc. I knew something was wrong with my body, more specifically my heart.. I just felt like I could die any day, no joke. So, decided to try this vitamin, the first day I took it, I noticed a reaction right away in the left hemisphere of my brain, like it was dying for a vitamin that it was not getting. It was an odd sensation.
Well, to say the least, no more migraines, my heart feels GREAT, no more abnormal heartbeats, palpitations, etc. My breathing is much better!!! I have COPD/Chronic Asthma. But oddly, I'm breathing better too, go figure. All I can say is, if you're worried about your heart and you're low on energy. PLEASE try this for a month or two.. and add it to your daily vitamin regimen your body will thank you for it. I truly believe this vitamin put my body back in sync, more specifically my heart!
