I tried glucosamine and chondroitin in the past and thought it somewhat helped relieve the pain in my fingers and knees but I've been looking for something better. I saw this on Amazon and figured I would give it a try since it has a lot more stuff in it than just glucosamine and chondroitin. I don't know if it's the collagen, the boswellin or whatever, but it really seems to be working for me, much more so than the glucosamine/chondroitin I was taking. I'm buying it again.

By K. Stanulus Many friends have recommended Glucosamine to me as a treatment for my joint aches. I was reluctant to take this as I did not understand how it could help. I was sick of cramps and aches so I gave it a shot.I did a little research and found Synova to have many ingredients that are supposed to help. I purchased multiple boxes as I have been told this is something i had to take faithfully for a while to see real improvement. After a few months, I have to say it does help a lot! I am a firm believer and just wish I would have taken this sooner. I would recommend this to anyone with joint aches, arthritis etc.
