5Seems to work on my kneesOct 04, 2010
By Jeffrey H. Harwell "jharwellnorman"
I am a 58 year old chemical engineering professor. Started having knee pain when going up the stairs a year ago, so did some research on nutritional supplements for joint pain. Found several studies showing verifiable reduction of joint pain for advanced arthritis patients from glucosamine and chondroitin, both of which are natural compounds found in the joints. So I decided to try this. After a couple of weeks the pain in my knees was gone. Then just a few months ago I had shoulder surgery, and stopped taking the pills while my stomach recovered from the anesthesia. Within a couple of weeks the knee pain had returned. I started the Osteo-BiFlex again, and my knees are again pain free when I go up the stairs. No, it's not a double blind scientific study, but I'm ordering my 4th bottle.

5Great Product!Dec 31, 2010

Recently had a meniscus trim I just couldn't seem to recover from & knee pain that just wouldn't go away. 40 years old & was not able to walk faster than a slow pace without my knee becoming more and more restrictive and painful until I slowed way down again. Started taking plain glucosamine & didn't see much improvement - slight, maybe.
Since taking this product (I take 2 pills at once instead of spread out through the day), I have been moving more and more towards a normal feeling in my knee. My thoughts about this stuff is that there doesn't appear to be much harm in trying it. Try it for a month or 2 & if nothing happens try something else. Can't speak for anyone else but it has worked wonders for me and has abled me to walk somewhat normal again.

5Best joint supplementAug 04, 2010
By Randy Ajax "vendingworld"
I have used several different joint supplements over the years and many worked fairly well. I tried this one because I still had joint pain. I saw this one was rated number #1 by doctors and thought I would give it a try. So far I would say it is the best i have used as far as joint pain relief.

I have been taking this product for ten years and I don't know what I would do without it.

I learned about it in a book entitled "The Arthritis Cure". I tried it and it worked.

I am 67 years old. The arthritis is in my knees, feet, and right hip. As long as I don't skip any doses my feet and knees are pain free. The hip, which is much worse, will sometimes ache whether I take the supplement or not (not always). The pain is much less when I do take it.

I have told everyone I know about this supplement and it has worked for everyone that has given it a chance. However; it does not start working as soon as you start taking it. You have to take it long enough to get it in your system. The book says it takes two months of taking two triple strength pills a day to really get it in your system,. I started getting relief much quicker than that but you should give it this long just to find out for sure if it will or will not work for you. They claim that it will work for about 80% of the people who try it.

It will work whether you exercise or not but it works much better if you exercise. I have tried it both ways. Now, I use a mini trampoline thirty minutes a day, four days a week. That helps a lot.

Once you get it in your system, you might be able to cut back to one pill a day. You just have to try it and see if this works for you. It worked for me for a while but now I have to take two a day. Since it has no real side effects I will go to three a day if it becomes necessary. I have done this before for a few days at at time.

I have run out of it a few times through the years and the pain comes back in short order; a couple of days. I don't do that anymore. If this happens you might have to double up on the pills for a few days until the pain is gone and then start back on you regular dose.

Chondroitin is a form of sugar so if you are diabetic I would see my Doctor before taking it.
