I started taking it a few weeks ago and it was amazing for an appetite suppressant, I did not feel hungry and I was seeing amazing results, but I do encourage going to the gym and having your own motivation too. I run everyday and weights a few times a week so I feel healthier.

I'll start of positively by saying that it gives you the energy you need to complete your workouts. However, I experienced a total weight loss of "0" after using the caplets, modifying my diet and following the 10 minute trainer routines. Prior to using slim quick I loss 10lbs in 2 weeks from diet and exercise alone... I almost forgot 1 more positive attribute: It really helps with PMS.(Bloating and tiredness, not cramps)
