Extremely Effective CoQ10Mar 29, 2012
By Kelly A Riser I use CoQ10 to ease the pain of fibromyalgia and have tried lots of different brands at many price points because I have to take at least 800 mg a day in 3 doses thru the day to control muscle pain. This brand is one of the most effective ones I have tried. It may seem a little expensive, but actually you get a lot of value for the money: the capsules are 200 mg where many other brnads are 100 mg, and the bottle is 90 pills where many others are 30-60. I find that it absorbs quickly and works extremely well.
