A must for women over 50!Dec 29, 2010
By r-lean My surgeon told me to start taking Women's Centrum Silver and I didn't listen to him. THEN a few years later started having these incredible leg cramps that would make me get out of bed! They got even worse! Would happen at work! And not just in my legs - they would radiate to my groin and the pain was intolerable. I thought I would pass out. My co-worker was ready to call 911. Well she was so upset that she visited her pharmacist and they looked at every vitamin bottle in the store and Centrum Silver ULTRA (it has to be ULTRA) has the highest minerals and that Ladies is what is causing your cramps. A lack of minerals. So buy these vitamins and take them EVERY day. And you will no longer have those painful cramps.

Huge Tablet....Hard to swallow!Feb 13, 2010
By S. Braatz Excellent delivery service. Just what is descriped ....but a huge tablet that is very difficult to swallow. Wish I had tried a sample or just a small bottle.
