Being on a low carb diet has necessitated the requirement for increased fiber in my diet. Since I eat mostly dairy, poultry, eggs and meat (with lipitor to keep me alive), I've had to suppliment my near-zero fiber intake with Citrucel.
Bottom line? It works, and it tastes great!
