5An important energy boostApr 16, 2010
By Keith E. Barber
I've been using CoQ10 for some time now as an energy booster, as recommended by my acupuncturist (don't dismiss the value of acupuncture until you've tried it.) He explained that the statin prescribed by my physician depletes some naturally occurring enzymes and that was probably the reason for my fatigue. Ran the idea past both my primary physician and cardiologist. Both agreed it was worth trying and should do no harm. There's been a marked improvement in my energy level and stamina since using CoQ10. The main difference between this particular product, ordered through Amazon, and that I had been buying at the drug store is price. Actually, price is the only difference I can see. I'm saving a ton of money here and getting the same good effect.

4Excellent but easier to use multiple smaller capsMar 20, 2011
By Tinker
I bought this for my mom, a senior, not realizing the size of the capsules. I consider this an excellent size for younger people, but will purchase the smaller caps for her in future. My mother takes statins for cholesterol. Statins deplete the natural levels of CoQ10 in the body, which makes this an essential supplement.

I have never had a problem with Kirkland brand products. I consider this just a matter of choice and convenience. Some stores that carry this brand are pretty hardnosed about quality. So far, so good.Kirkland CoQ10 Coenzyme 300 mg - 75 Softgels

5First TryJun 05, 2011
By Kim Talbert
I read up on this product from a few emails that my friend had sent me. Doing some research I find it on Amazon. The price I thought was right with the amount of mg's and capsule quantity. I can't believe how this product made me feel.It made me feel so much better, more energetic. I will continue to buy this product I believe this is worth the money and my health. I'm curious to see what others write about it in their reviews. I highly recommend this.Kirkland CoQ10 Coenzyme 300 mg - 75 Softgels

3It works okay I guessDec 02, 2011
By these pretzels r making me thirsty
I have tried several brands of COq10 mainly for heart palpitations. I've tried Vitaline chewable (Enzymatic Therapy), Now Foods Brand, Jarrow Formulas and now this brand. Each time trying to find the best price and dosage. Of course the Vitaline brand is the brand they did the studies with I think but it's very expensive. The Now Foods brand made my palpitations disappear and I think I felt a little more energy taking them but the palpitations were my main goal. The Jarrow Brand was okay but not as good, didn't feel as strong, the Kirkland brand hasn't helped them much at all. Alot of positive reviews about this product though so maybe give them a try for yourself just to see. It's a really good price for the amount and dosage you get. I liked the ingredients too, just wish they would have worked better for me. It might be my body that reacts to the other brands better.
