I was having a lot of trouble with my knees. I could hardly get up the stairs in my house. This has been getting worse for the last year. I know there has been a lot written about products like this not working, but I read on HuffPost that "sulfate" really did. I trust them and so I bought this product. I have been using it for a month. I can walk up and down the stairs with not problem now. What can I say, if you have the same problem you know how depressing it can be. It seems like it took two weeks to really work. For me it's been like a miracle. Try it.

I took to running five miles a day about a year ago. Very soon I started hurting in the knees to the point I was aching when just walking.
A good friend of mine suggested I try glucosamine so I researched first what it was and whether it had side effects and then what was available on the market.
I tried this one just because I knew I was going to take it at least two months and within three weeks I could run without thinking of my knees - or rather I did think of them to notice they were not hurting any more.
Now, is this the best on the market? I don't know. It is artificially flavored (vanilla) which I actually find surprisingly pleasant.
Absent any suggestion of any problem I don't see why pay more for this stuff.
Works for me.

I don't know if it's just in my head or what but I've been taking these regularly and I haven't had much trouble with my knee at all. I'm not going to stop taking these, in the chance that it's these bad boys that are helping me out.

I had been doing research on this Glucosamine/Chondrointin for a long time, and finally decided to go for it.
I spoke to my Dr. and he gave me the go ahead.
I suffer from arthritis and other health problems,
and this product has given me a better quality of life.

The action of the chemistry from these tablets is quite subtle, it takes a while to realize results. We have taken the recommended dose for a number of years and we are still able to exercise daily, including a 2 1/2 mile walk, even though we are more than ten years past retirement age. Our physician is impressed that we have little or no joint pain. How much is due to the Glucosamine formula and how much to something else would be hard to prove, but we believe Glucosamine has had a significant role.
Even though these tablets are large, they have a coating with a very pleasant taste. It helps them to be easier to take. Tablets from other manufacturers that we have used in the past have the chalky taste typical of many pills or tablets of this type and are just not as easy to swallow as these.
