Although I thought I had read the label carefully on the web site before purchasing, I learned this was calcium carbonate not calcium citrate when the package arrived. This means you have to take more of the tablets daily to get the required calcium. Will not reorder when these are gone.

I ordered these because I was looking for supplements do perform as advertised and within the auspcies of USP. Also consumer reports rated these highly. I do not know yet if they have improved anything. I don't have any particular bone degeneration in accordance with my last bone scan, but always pay attention to diet and exercise to maintain my bones and health.

I didn't get Kirkland brand - I got some other knockoff- and the amount of vit D3 was lower than advertised. The first disappointing experience with Amazon in
at least 6 years of regular ordering.
