My daughter has asthma and since she started taking this vitamins during the winter season
she doesn't catch so many colds and as a result her asthma attacks decreased dramatically.
It maybe a coincidence, but now we can't do without them, plus the flavor is great.

Due to the fact that I have decided on a more "alternative" parenting choice (all organic, non-immunizing, holistic medicine, etc.), I asked my daughters doctor what I could do to make sure my daughter stays as healthy as possible.
THESE gummies were her first suggestion.
My daughter is only 19 months old (it says age 4 and older on the bottle...but check with your childs doctor for the OK), and I give her 1 gummy every day.
(If she has been around a lot of kids or someone who is sick, I give her 2 a day for 3 or 4 days afterwards)
I feel good about giving her these because after a TON of research, I found these to be one of the more natural gummy vitamins out there (since she can't chew the hard candy type vitamins or swallow pills...). Not perfect, but about as good as they come.
Plus it has echinacea in it which is GREAT.
Our local store ran out of these about a month ago, and she wasn't able to take them for about 2 weeks, and wouldn't you know it, for the first time in her whole life, she got a stuffy/runny nose and her chest was very congested and she was just down right miserable.
I finally broke down and ordered 8 bottles from Amazon.com on a rush order to make sure I had them on hand and didn't run out again.
After taking a double dose all this week, she is back to normal...no stuffy/runny nose and her chest congestion has cleared up.
I can't say for sure that these are what "healed" her, but I do think that they helped and they help her immune system.
(Oh, and they taste great too! Every morning she asks for her "YUMMY GUMMIES" as soon as she wakes up.)

a little more chewy than normal gummy bears

Have three kids. No problem with the vitamins any more. They love it!!! I taste the product before I gave them to my kids and they are really delicious. No wonder why they fight with each other to have more!!!

These aren't your typical vitamins. They are specifically for immune building. My kids only use them when they've been around someone who's sick, or when they get sick. Cuts our sick time in half, easy... It's been YEARS since they've needed antibiotics for anything!
