"Will'o'the wisp"
WHAT CAN YOU SAY ABOUT METAMUCIL? You certainly can't say 'it looks lovely in my home'. Can't say 'it was such fun to take on trips' nor would it make sense to say 'couldn't wait to show it to my friends'. But, what you can say without fear of contradiction is "IT WORKS" for what it was made for and is cheaper buying in this quantity than smaller bottles at the drugstore. My doctor told me after my colonoscopy that I needed more fiber. That was 3 years ago and these capsules are a part of my daily regimen. Hmmmmm, I was wrong above - I do take them on trips and have always been glad I did. Buy these from Amazon as I did and save yourself some money. It's an economic and healthful deal.

I have tried both Align and Philips Colon Health and without a doubt they do not compare to the metamucil capsules. I did not recieve the heart and digestive health but the regular orange bottle but I am not complaining. For me I do have to take a few for it to work.

This appears to be the same Metamucil with the same ingrediants as the red container. However I recieved the orange bottle (much different packaging). I could have bought this particular bottle in 160 ct. versions for less money per pill. Not worth my time to send this back, but I wouldn't recommend buying this particular version.

It seems someone read my review... the correct picture is now posted with the orange bottle, not the red one.
