By Nora My doctor told me to use the biotin for some hair loss. It works great! Unfortunatey, I cannot get it at the local supermarket, so I was thrilled to be able to order it through Amazon. Thank you.

By loreleigal I take one of these little pills every day and I have lost weight and noticed my hair growing faster and thicker. Not my nails though, but I think these pills help. I also feel like I have a slight more amount of energy when I take these.
