I started taking these to boost my immune system and keep my HDL in check. However, I'm noticing a completely unexpected benefit from these tablets. In addition to the sulfur from the garlic (seriously, you can smell it) there is a high dose of B vitamins in these tablets. Consequently, my fingernails have become much stronger and are growing longer because they no longer break as easily.
One minor caveat, these are not odorless so if you're thinking of trying these I hope you love garlic.
As to the stated benefits for which I originally purchased these, I guess no harm no foul. I don't feel any different and I haven't seen any dramatic change in my numbers. But now that I know they're potent enough to affect my nail health in such a way, I'm going to keep taking them anyway.

These are not odorless, but pretty close. They don't have an aftertaste or provide any garlic breath/burping after you take them. This has always been my gripe about certain garlic supplements. The cheap ones are just no fun to take on a daily basis. I think these are a good buy for the money.
