This is a great combination of ingredients that "lets" you sleep rather than "making" you sleep. It is easier and safer than taking separate sleep inducers. I've reordered this product.

Nature Made Sleep works great, and leaves no morning drowsiness. Usually allows me to fall asleep within 15 minutes and return to sleep easily if I awaken during the night. Helps to shut off the ever turning wheels of the mind, and produce more calmness. No adverse side effects noted. I like it better than Benadryl of Ambien. I have recommended it to several of my friends and relatives, and it also works well for 1 out of 2 who have tried it... bought this product thru Amazon and saved quite a bit over my local stores

I tried this because I had tried Sonapure and had some positive results but not willing to spend $70 per month on it. This works very similarly for a fraction of the cost. It usually helps me stay asleep most of the night. I will continue to use.

This natural sleep aid really works. Non addicting and all natural it is a big help anytime you are having trouble sleeping. Great on those trips where you are changing time zones or just in a strange bed. You'll get that good night's sleep you need.

I gave up on over the counter sleep aids and went for prescription Oxazepam to calm my mind. I have a hesitation using drugs, I'm not opposed, just cautious. Nature Made Sleep was much better alternative and I'll swear by it. I do wake groggy but I also forget to take it until late and I don't get my full 8-hours so I am blaming that on myself, not the product.
One thing to note is the look at the cause of the sleeplessness. No pill will solve all your needs. Sometimes the sleeplessness is the symptom not a condition. I use this in conjunction with healthier stress management techniques, NOT as a cure-all. Make sure your expectations are in line with what a product can actually do.
