Exactly the same as the leading 'prescription refill' stores, yet the price is much less. No change in formulation, product exactly as pictured. Nature Made Super B-Complex Tablets. I take a medication that as a side effect drops my blood pressure which in turn makes me sleep and lethargic, every day at lunch I take that medication AND one Super B-Complex and it gives me good non-jittery energy for the remainder of the day. Be prepared for fluorescent 'weewee', other than that fun little byproduct I find tons of benefits with these. Will continue to reorder.

I've been looking for a lot of things to help with different areas of concern within myself, the major ones being anxiety and low energy levels. I heard lack of vitamin B can cause those things, and that taking Super B-Complex would help decrease my anxiety as well as give me more energy. I thought this was perfect, I can knock out two of my health concerns with one supplement! And not only that, but in December I had gotten my first kidney stone (easily the worst pain I've had in life, and I've had lots if painful experiences), and I heard vitamin B is also good for your kidneys. Even better!
Well, the excitement ends there. First of all, I was completely unaware of the horrible smell/taste of vitamin B. I thought maybe it was just the Nature Made brand that was like that, but I hear it's just vitamin B in general. Most other people I know don't seem to think the smell is that bad, I just really can't stand it. And as for the taste, yes I do swallow these as I'm supposed to, but they still leave a nasty taste in the back of my throat, and I also occasionally burp these pills within the first hour of taking them, which brings the taste back.
I've been taking these for about 3 weeks, and I can't say I've noticed any improvements. I'm still feeling tired throughout the day as usual, and my anxiety levels may have SLIGHTLY decreased but I'm not sure. However, I haven't gotten any more kidney stones since I started taking these, so I'll probably keep taking them for that alone, as I'm terrified of getting another stone (those who have had them know what I'm talking about).
