I have done a lot of research, both online and in stores, trying to find the one company that included all the key ingredients for growing healthy hair and nails. So far no other brand seems to do that like Nature's Bounty does. I agree that the tablets could be a little easier to swallow, but the end result is worth it.

I have been taking these for about 3 months now and notice a real difference. My hair was getting very thin and lifeless and my nails were aweful due to years of acrylic nails. It only took about 2 1/2 months for my nails to grow out and look great. My hair seems to be much healthier too!

I had my thyroid out 2.5 years ago and was having issues with VERY dry skin and hair. My nails didn't grow. I maintained a VERY healthy diet. I tried EPO and it helped but destroyed my libido. I started taking this on January 1st 2012. My nails are growing like crazy!!! My hair has grown about an inch this month. My skin looks nice too. I don't need as much lotion. Also, with the vitamin B in it, I have lots of energy. Something I didn't always have due to my thyroid condition.
I recommend this to all my friends who notice my skin hair and nails!

I have been taking these vitamins for almost 3 months. I have noticed a positive difference on my skin and hair. My baby hair around my forhead is starting to grow. It never did so it was nice to see that because its making my hair fuller. I also noticed that it's growing a little faster and it's shinier too. I stopped highlighting my hair so that could be another reason it's my virgin hair growing. As far as my skin goes...well...I don't know what is going on, but I have been breaking out a lot more then ever. I don't know if its the pills or my hormones. I am 29 yrs old and I never had acne and now I do. It is very frustrating. At least once a week a get one. So it could be me or a little bit of both. Now, the rest of my skin I noticed it's more evened toned and and less dry. I don't put lotion on everytime I get out of a shower. Normally I am itching if I dont lotion, now I just do it whenever I'm not lazy and still get away witout itchiness. As far as my nails goes it's like what happened??? I used to have nice nails, can't say strong and long, but I was ok with them and now they just stopped growing. I feel that they are struggling and it seems to me like they are softer and brittle. I started using nailtique from ulta and they seem to grow a little but the vitamin did not do it's magic there so I am a little disappointed. :(
Overall, the vitamins are doing something so I am still taking them, however I am not that impressed. When I first read the reviews (not on amazon.com) I was so excited to try them out. I started these vitamins because I wanted to see if it's really going to do what people were saying on their reviews. I did not really have any issues with my hair not growing or my nails it was just an experiment to see if it really did work.
One last thing, it's a vitamin, it's not a godiva chocolate...of course it's gonna taste funny and have a certain smell to it. All vitamins alsmost smell the same. It's not that serious. Jeeeezzzz

I have tryed plenty of products including plain geletan and many other vitamin supplements including biotin pills and found these to be the best, they gave me results in 3 wks, my nails have been brittle for the past 14yrs and after using hair skin and nails from natures bounty I now have stronger nails and hair. I am a firm beleiver in a balanced healthy lifestyle along with these supplements to be the best.
