This is the best Omega 3 supplement I have ever found to date. You will be hard pressed to find more EPA and DHA mgs in one pill.
Please do not buy this from Amazon. You can buy this for a twenty spot at Costco.

I still take this product daily and I absolutely love it. I do not believe you can current find a single-dose pill that has more EPA and DHA in it. It's important to try and get close to 1000 mg of EPA daily and this product gets you pretty close. I am a boot camp fitness instructor with close to 100 clients and this is the product I recommend when they ask me about fish oil. No fishy burps either!
Costco currently has this on sale for $15!!! If you are a Costco member, wait until this product goes on sale and then buy 5 or 6 and refrigerate them to keep them fresh.
Nature's Bounty makes excellent products and I cannot recommend this particular product enough. Trust me, this is the one to buy!

This product was recommended by my Gastroenterologist. I can take 3/day, 1 pill with each meal. They are easy to swallow. I take mine before my meal or I have a problem with after taste. I also started slowly in my routine to taking them. I took only 1 for 2 weeks, then I increased to 2 for 2 weeks etc. I have to take them this way because I no longer have my gallbladder. My husband doesn't have to take them this way. We have had no side effects. I don't know if it works, because I have no way of telling that. But, my MD recommended it, so I take it!

This is one of the few fish oil products with a combined concentration of EPA and DHA approaching the recommended 1000 mg and I am basing my evaluation on this plus the great price. I am taking it to improve my HDL/LDL ratio and will know after my next physical if it works as I expect it to.
