actually two-a-day, good valueAug 31, 2011
By vtgeek I was disappointed when Costco stopped carrying the 90 day supply of these. But here they are on Amazon and at $43.90, it's still a much better value than at the pharmacy.
I used these vitamins all through my pregnancy and am still using them 3 months into nursing my baby boy. I tried several other brands of prenatals and liked this one the best. This was because it did not make me as nauseous as other brands in the beginning of my pregnancy (though taking them on an empty stomach in the morning did still bother me). The vitamin also includes iron, which some other brands I sampled did not. Finally, the DHA supplement is derived from fish oil but the pill itself doesn't have that fishy (and stomach turning) aroma that fish oil supplements usually do.
For anyone buying this site unseen, the brand is one-a-day but there are actually two pills to take here. One is a multivitamin and the other is the DHA supplement. Both pills are large, but not quite the horse tranquilizers some other brands are. I think they go down pretty easy with a meal.

No nausea, no fishy tasteApr 26, 2011
By Tiffany Dyer I have been taking these for over 2 months now (pre-pregnancy). The two things that I have seen people complain about with pre-natals is that they cause nausea and/or a fishy taste. I have had neither so far, and these meet all the vitamin doses my doctor recommended.

Mercury in DHA vitamin?Oct 11, 2011
By Holly W. Small I have been taking this vitamin for the last 5 months and I have been doing a lot of research about the possible effects of mercury on the baby. About two months ago I stopped taking the dha pill and went to another vitamin that states the mercury has been removed. This has been getting too expensive, so I have sent an email to One A Day asking if the mercury has been removed since neither the website nor the packaging states if it has and I will post their response once I hear something.

very good but take with lots of waterAug 28, 2011
By jollywalking This got this vitamin after reading quite a few great reviews. My skin and hair (especially) improved greatly within a few weeks taking these. These tablets are pretty potent and so did cause me to go a little green in the face if I took them first thing in the morning. So I started taking them after a sturdy breakfast and downing lots of water. It helps also to chew something crunchy, like a green apple if you find you are getting nausea. But good news! This nausea didnt last long. I endured it for a week or two then my body got used to the vitamin and I carried on as usual.

No after taste. I did not have any side effect because of taking this tablet. After searching everywhere found that amazon has the best price for 90 da supply.
Negatives
DHA tablet is big. If you dont have it with lots of water then you might choke.
