I have been using Yogurt for a few years and I am lactose intolerant, so it has been a hassle. Using Colon Health, I avoid the lactose problem and it seems to settle my digestive system very well.

I ordered these with free shipping and they came the same week. I take these once everyday and so far have been ok.I would like something stronger to help me out more.. does what its suppose to do. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

After taking these capsules faithfully for 2 weeks, I have not obtained any relief from my medication-related constipation and IBS-C. I suppose this product works for people with normal digestive tracts but if you suffer from constipation caused by medications or other problems, you will be wasting your money. Take something stronger such as a REAL laxative.
