My wife's pain has gone away during sleep and that is a big relief to both of us. I don't know if it will be the same in a year though. Walking has improved, the noticable limp is practically gone, so I will be buying more for sure.

I had a very odd experience with this. I tried it about a year ago ... and the longer I took it the worse my joint pain got. After about 3 weeks I stopped taking it, and lo and behold, my pain started to diminish! It was hard to believe that this product for joint pain actually made my pain worse ... so I kept it in the drawer (it was not exactly cheap). Then a year later, husband is having joint pain and he starts taking it unbeknownst to me ... and his pain got worse and worse! The poor guy is walking around like a cripple! One day I noticed the container on the bathroom counter and I asked him if he was taking it. Of course he said Yes and I then told him my experience ... well, needless to say he stopped taking it immediately and within a few days his knee started to feel better. Now, after 2 weeks, the pain is almost gone. Whew!!! I don't know what exactly they are putting in it, but it DOES NOT work for us! We are now both taking Costco's Kirkland brand glucosamine/chondroitin tablet every day and things are back to normal. This was weird, but true! Reading the label now, I see that Schiff has added two things: Uniflex (bioflavonoids) and Joint Fluid (hyaluronic acid). Maybe we are both allergic to something in one or the other! If any pharmacist, doctor, nurse has ANY idea what could have happened, I would be MOST interested in hearing it. thank you

I began having difficulty walking the warehouse I work in - after sitting at the computer in my office 10 hours a day and then needing to trot all over also... so I tried stretching and dieting. Then I did some research and used Move Free- things Move Free for me now...I can tell the differance in my knees.Best price on this site and saves time.

Purchased this with hope-boy, was I disappointed. Pills were difficult to swallow because of large size. They did not help at all- waste of time and money!!

This is absolutely great stuff for your aching knees. I was told I needed knee surgery years ago for a torn meniscus. Move free has kept the surgeon at bay for years. I can walk, squat, lunge, and even trot comfortably which was getting tough before I discovered this supplement.
