I have noticed a lessening in urgency an increase in volume following taking regularly after the first week. After five months the improvement continues as does my confidence in this product.

I've been taking this product for a couple of years now. Since I'm just taking it for prophylactic reasons it's hard to say evaluate it's preventive potency. All I can say is my prostate remains healthy. There is a definite physiological response, meaning a notable increase in libido. I've also recently started using it with DIM which is a hormone balancer. DIM works well with one of the ingrediants in Schiff Prostate Health, Calcium D-Glucarate, so I think it's a good pairing for men's health.

Have definitely noticed a change in my regularity of elimination. Am now in my mis 70s and didn't have any issues intil a few months ago. Seems I'm back to "normal."
Will likely continue to use
