I've been taking this product for a couple of years now. Since I'm just taking it for prophylactic reasons it's hard to say evaluate it's preventive potency. All I can say is my prostate remains healthy. There is a definite physiological response, meaning a notable increase in libido. I've also recently started using it with DIM which is a hormone balancer. DIM works well with one of the ingrediants in Schiff Prostate Health, Calcium D-Glucarate, so I think it's a good pairing for men's health.

I have used this product for over six months now and have better results than with just plain saw palmetto, which I had taken for years before. No prostate problems at all.

Way to early to tell. This is a substuite for Lycopene that has gotten very expensive.
