By Liz After having my second child I was constipated and bloated for months. It wasn't until I started to take Trunature Probiotic that I could actually begin to have normal bowel movements. I do believe I was gassy for a few days but with anything new entering your body it's to be expected that you will feel something different. It was nothing that was not tolerable. I believe these have helped me immensely to gain a normal digestive tract once again. I will continue on with this product. It's a great value too because you are only taking one capsule a day and for 100 capsules that is a great price. I would highly recommend this probiotic to anyone in search of a digestive solution.

By Jennifer R. I have tried at least 3 other brands of probiotics and never noticed too much of a difference. I have the typical IBS symptoms and the doctor suggested I start a probiotic regime. It was time to buy more and I came across Trunature. I bought it for two reasons: #1. The price #2. The active culture "count". The count seemed higher than other brands. Within a couple of days I notice a major change in my digestive system. The change was I felt "normal"! I am SO happy with this product and will continue to buy it. I highly recommend it to anyone having IBS symptoms or digestive issues.
