I have a allergy to sunflower, unfortunately there is no mention of the facts of this product on this website. until now. each softgel contains grape seed extract 100mg, grape skin extract 37.5mg, grape extract 12.5mg, resveratrol 15mg.
suggested use: take one softgel two times daily, preferably with a meal.
ingredients: sunflower oil, gelatin, grape seed extract, purified water USP, glycerin, grape skin extract, monoglycerides, resveratrol, grape extract, lecithin, yellow beeswax, caramel powder, and titanium dioxide. contains soy.

I tried this product from a local store and have only been able to find it on Amazon since I left the area that I live in. Been using it again after stopping for two years and my BP is coming down again.

I typically feel very tired and foggy after a meal, if I take one of these caps from an hour before the meal to with the meal I don't get foggy. It's wonderful stuff and I won't be without it in the foreseeable future. I don't know what the mechanism is, I just know it's changed my life.

I have capillary fragility and, when I don't take this product faithfully, I get both tiny red spots around my ankles and elsewhere or larger red blood spots under the skin. The ones in the legs tend to hurt (or at least, give a feeling of fullness or burn that is unpleasant) and the ones in my arms or belly don't (generally) hurt and aren't serious but aren't particularly attractive either and they take a while to reabsorb. Grape Seed extract seems to keep matters under control. The only times I get these blood spots now are if I have to take prednisone or a lot of aspirin or advil for some reason.

Just be aware that this product may not work for you, so perhaps buy a smaller amount. The product actually makes me agitated and kind of lethargic. I usually take it in the morning when I wake up, so perhaps that is the reason. I may try it after a meal. Unfortunately I'm not a fan, which is a bummer because it seems to work for other reviewers. :-(
