After reading some of the reviews, I was hoping to feel a difference using this. I'm sure there may be benefits even though I didn't feel them, but without a noticeable difference, I probably won't reorder. There are other supplements that I do feel the difference taking.

I ordered these for my husband's ADD. They also help with stress relief and sleep. They work very well and are a natural alternative to stimulant drugs.
