The gummy version for vitamins is an awesome idea for those of us who cannot digest vitamins in a pill form. I have also tried the liquid form of vitamins & they all taste rancid. So, thank goodness for these gummy vitamins, they come in all types, not just B12. The vitamin tastes great & digests well in the stomach.
Lastly, I have purchased this item from many different venues and hv found that this is the best place to buy this item.

the genius who posted on here about not "feeling anything" is obviously a nutrition professional... not. taking vitamins doesn't give you a boost of energy, they help your body convert food into energy. if you want a boost, then take a caffeine tablet or drink a red bull. these taste great, and unlike most b-vitamins these don't get absorbed/digested super fast - so your body processes them slowly rather than just urinating it all out... i noticed with all the vitafusion products that my urine isn't bright yellow/orange like it is with most vitamins... which means my body is actually absorbing/processing the vitamins rather than eliminating them.

These are delicious and easy on your stomach. I keep these on my desk at work and all my co-workers eat them. I have never felt bad after eating them, even if I eat them on an empty stomach. I have almost finished my third bottle and I have two coworkers that have bottles. Time to order a new one. Highly recommended!

I'm not going to knock the vitamins, as they taste fine. My only complaint was that the supplier must have bought them in bulk from a Costco or Sams Club, as they have a number on the side that often signify being from a wholesale store. My only issue is that the expiration date was soon approaching, so I may not be able to eat all the vitamins before they expire. Other than that, the vitamins themselves are fine.

I am not sure that I feel a boost to energy, but this is the best way to take a vitamin. They taste great and if you already take a lot of medication, one more pill to take can be a put off. Taking vitamins that trick your mind into viewing it as a treat works even if one is a senior citizen.
