This is as good or better than most of the very expensive probiotics. It has 5 different strains that are good for upper and lower intestines. Many of the expensive brands are only one or the other. It has 12 billion active cells at manufacture and they guarantee at least 5 billion until the expiry date. Most brands don't guarantee at expiry date. They are small pills and very easy to take.
